Cookie Notice

This notice explains which cookies may be used on imaginers.io and how you can control them. The site is operated by Digimental Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi. Our Privacy Notice explains in more detail how we process personal data.

In short

The site itself does not set any cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may place a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to protect the site.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Websites can also store data in your browser in similar ways, for example in local storage. In this notice, "cookies" also covers these similar technologies.

What we do not use

1. No analytics or statistics cookies. Our visit count (Cloudflare Web Analytics) works without cookies.
2. No advertising or marketing cookies.
3. No social media cookies and no tracking pixels.
4. No content embedded from other platforms. Our videos and fonts are served from our own site, and we only link to our pages on Instagram and YouTube.

Strictly necessary security cookies

Cloudflare protects the site against attacks and automated abuse. Depending on the security settings and the traffic situation, Cloudflare may place the following cookies on our domain:

1. __cf_bm: helps Cloudflare tell visitors apart from automated traffic. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
2. cf_clearance: records that your browser has passed a Cloudflare security check, so that you are not checked again. By default it lasts 30 minutes.

In some cases Cloudflare may use other strictly necessary security cookies, for example to limit the number of requests. The Cloudflare cookie documentation describes them.

These cookies are not used for advertising. Cloudflare states that it does not use them to track visitors from site to site.

Legal basis

We use these cookies on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available, under article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK. Because they are strictly necessary, we do not ask for your consent to them. If the GDPR applies to you, the legal basis is also our legitimate interest, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Data and transfers

Cloudflare processes the information in these cookies together with your IP address and request data. Cloudflare may process this data outside Türkiye. Our Privacy Notice explains these transfers and your rights.

How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers also let you block cookies for a single website. If you block Cloudflare's security cookies, you may see security checks more often, and some pages may not load correctly.

Changes and contact
